Does the Lease Toolkit automatically create abstracts?
That’d be amazing. While the technology does exist, the scan quality of most documents is not high enough to allow for automated data abstraction. Plus, attorneys sometimes use different language to describe the same text and sometimes there are genuine mistakes. The Lease Toolkit was designed to allow lease information to be entered efficiently with short cut tools to eliminate mistakes.
What does concierged set up mean?
If you have ever set up new software, it can be complex. Even though the Lease Toolkit is really easy to use, we want you to get the most out of the software. So we schedule a meeting with a lease administration expert who will share the finer points of lease abstracting and help you set up your lease abstract plan. Once your abstract plans are set, you will be ready to start abstracting.
How many licenses do I need for my team?
Depends on how many of your team members are creating abstracts. Each license comes with two read only licenses for those in your organization that need access to abstract language but won’t actually be creating abstracts. If you have only one team member creating abstracts, then you only need one license. Larger companies may require more licenses.
Can I download the abstract information?
There are two ways to get abstract information. The first is through a traditional abstract report. Any lease abstract can be printed to pdf and downloaded or sent to someone else. The second way to get abstract information is through the reporting dashboard which allows you to select one or more lease abstracts, select one or more lease abstract provisions, and view or print to pdf the requested provisions.
